Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon pieces 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Spice Mix:

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take salmon out 15 minutes before cooking.
  • Pat fish dry with paper towels.
  • Mix all spices in small bowl.
  • Brush salmon with olive oil.
  • Put spice mix on both sides.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Heat pan on medium-high heat.
  • Cook salmon 4-5 minutes each side.
  • Check temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Add butter in last minute.
  • Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
