Instructions
Take salmon out 15 minutes before cooking.
Pat fish dry with paper towels.
Mix all spices in small bowl.
Brush salmon with olive oil.
Put spice mix on both sides.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat pan on medium-high heat.
Cook salmon 4-5 minutes each side.
Check temperature reaches 145°F.
Add butter in last minute.
Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
