Method
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Dry wings with paper towels.
- Put wings in large bowl.
- Add oil to wings.
- Mix all spices together.
- Coat wings with spice mix.
- Put foil on baking sheet.

- Put wings on rack.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Flip wings over.
- Bake 15 minutes more.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar.
- Brush glaze on wings.
