Ingredients
  

  • For Wings:
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • For Glaze:
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Dry wings with paper towels.
  3. Put wings in large bowl.
  4. Add oil to wings.
  5. Mix all spices together.
  6. Coat wings with spice mix.
  7. Put foil on baking sheet.
  8. Place wire rack on sheet.
  9. Put wings on rack.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes.
  11. Flip wings over.
  12. Bake 15 minutes more.
  13. Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar.
  14. Brush glaze on wings.
  15. Cook until 165°F inside.
