Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs chicken ramen noodles crushed
  • 6 cups chopped cabbage
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

For Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ramen seasoning packet

Instructions
 

  • Crush ramen noodles. Save one seasoning packet.
  • Toast almonds in pan for 3 minutes.
  • Mix cabbage, onions, and carrots in bowl.
  • Add crushed noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds.
  • Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasoning packet.
  • Pour dressing over salad. Mix well.
  • Let sit for 30 minutes before serving.

  1. Crush noodles in the package to avoid mess.
