Crust
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Filling
- 24 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pecan Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Mix crumbs, butter, sugar for crust.
Press crust into pan base.
Bake crust for 10 minutes.
Cool crust on rack.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
