- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies

- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste

Boil spaghetti until tender. Drain well and set aside.
