Instructions
Heat oil in pot.
Add onion. Cook until soft.
Add garlic. Cook one minute.
Add tomatoes to pot.
Add all spices.
Mix everything well.
Cook on low heat.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir every few minutes.
Taste and add more salt if needed.
