- 2 lbs longjaw mud snapper fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Pat fish dry with paper towels.
Add salt and pepper to both sides.
Sprinkle garlic powder and paprika on fish.
Let fish sit for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
Cook fish skin-down for 4 minutes.
