  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • ½ cup refried beans optional
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet over medium heat.
  • Add olive oil and diced onion. Cook until soft.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in taco seasoning with water as directed.
  • Lay tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Spread refried beans on each tortilla (optional).
  • Add beef mixture in the center.
  • Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Fold sides inward, creating a pocket shape.
  • Place pockets on baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and let them cool slightly.
  • Add toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  • Serve warm with sour cream.
