  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter and oil in a saucepan.
  • Add onion and sauté until soft.
  • Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Mix in paprika, cayenne, Cajun, pepper, and salt.
  • Pour in chicken broth and stir well.
  • Add lemon juice and hot sauce.
