- 4 steaks 8 oz each
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
Take steaks out thirty minutes early.
Dry steaks with paper towels.
Mix all spices in bowl.
Cover steaks with spice mix.
Let steaks sit fifteen minutes.
Heat pan on medium-high heat.
Add oil to hot pan.
Put steaks in pan.
Cook first side four minutes.
Flip steaks with tongs.
Cook other side three minutes.
Add butter to pan.
Pour butter over steaks.
