Ingredients
  

For Pizza Dough:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For Sauce:

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • Salt and pepper

For Toppings:

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz pepperoni
  • 4 oz cooked Italian sausage
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 6 oz mushrooms
  • ½ cup black olives

Instructions
 

  • Mix water, sugar, and yeast together.
  • Wait five minutes until it gets foamy.
  • Add flour, oil, and salt to bowl.
  • Mix until dough forms completely.
  • Knead dough for eight minutes.
  • Let dough rise for one hour.
  • Heat olive oil in small pan.
  • Cook garlic for one minute only.
  • Add tomatoes and all seasonings together.
  • Cook sauce for fifteen minutes.
  • Roll dough into large circle shape.
  • Spread sauce on dough evenly.
  • Add cheese over sauce layer.
  • Put all toppings on pizza.
  • Bake at 450°F for fifteen minutes.

Notes

  1. Use pizza stone - It makes the crust crispy and tasty.
  2. Cook vegetables first - This stops the pizza from getting soggy.
  3. Don't use too many toppings - Too much makes it hard to cook.
  4. Let dough warm up - Cold dough is hard to stretch out.
  5. Brush crust with oil - This makes it golden and delicious.
