Mix yeast and sugar in warm water. Wait five minutes.
Add flour and salt in big bowl. Make a hole.
Pour yeast water into flour hole. Add oil slowly.
Mix until dough forms. Knead for ten minutes.
Put dough in oiled bowl. Cover with towel.
Let rise for one hour in warm place.
Mix all sauce ingredients in small bowl.
Heat oven to 475°F.
Roll dough into circle on floured surface.
Put dough on baking sheet.
Spread sauce on dough. Leave edges clear.
Add cheese and toppings on top.
Bake for fifteen minutes until golden brown.
Cool for five minutes before cutting.
