Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 block Velveeta cheese 16 oz
  • 1 can chili 15 oz, no beans
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place skillet on medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Drain extra fat from skillet.
  • Cut Velveeta cheese into small cubes.
  • Add cheese cubes to skillet.
  • Pour in canned chili and milk.
  • Stir mixture until cheese melts fully.
  • Add chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
  • Mix in cayenne pepper and salt.
  • Stir continuously until mixture is smooth.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips.
