- 4 oz white cheddar cheese
- 1 jar diced pimentos 4 oz
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pimento juice

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper
Grate both cheeses into bowl.
Drain pimentos. Save the juice.
Add pimentos to cheese.
Mix mayonnaise with pimento juice.
