Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds chicken breasts
  • 2 pounds fresh broccoli
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • cups cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook chicken until done.
  • Steam broccoli for 4 minutes.
  • Cut chicken into small pieces.
  • Melt butter in pan.
  • Add flour and whisk.
  • Add milk slowly while whisking.
  • Add cream and cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Put chicken in baking dish.
  • Add broccoli on top.
  • Pour sauce over everything.
  • Add breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes.

Notes

  1. Use fresh cheese for better melting
  2. Don't overcook the broccoli
  3. Let the dish rest before serving
