  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat oil and butter in the skillet.
  • Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Add sweet potatoes and onion to skillet.
  • Cook until slightly tender and caramelized.
  • Add apples, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and maple syrup.
  • Return chicken to skillet.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
