Add warm water and olive oil to mixture.
Knead dough until smooth and elastic forms.
Cover dough, let it rise for one hour.
Heat skillet, cook beef until browned evenly.

Remove from heat, mix in both cheeses.
Punch down dough, divide into equal pieces.
Roll dough flat using a rolling pin.
Place beef filling in center of each.
Fold dough edges, seal tightly with hands.
Place hot pockets on tray with parchment.
Brush tops with beaten egg for shine.
Bake in oven at 375°F for 20 minutes.
Remove, cool slightly, and serve warm.
